The differences in the population figures are often caused by the difference in the size of the area between the municipalities and the urban settlements, e.g. the data of the years marked 1990m, 1998m and e2001b are figures of the municipalities.
Included are places with over 7,000 inhabitants in 1990, or 8,000 in 2000, and municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants in 2001.
