Figures in italic are estimates, those before 1950 are from source KB.
The compiler did not state more figures from this source KB, because they show rather erratic data. In some cases these data have proved to be much too high, because their method of calculating population growth is quite linear progressive, without regarding some anomalies, and also compared to census results, although data of censuses are at least very doubtful.
